One of the most exciting adventures you undertake in life is the purchase of your perfect dream vacation home.
In order to help you prepare for this important event, HGChristie starts the relationship by sharing a wealth of information and knowledge - the Bahamas, Abaco, purchasing, legal aspects - and especially, informed news and views of what it will be like for you when you are a member of the Abaco community.
We work especially hard to build a complete understanding of what it is that you would like to do. We set up easy communications, working with you to find the way that you wish us to use to keep you informed. We listen closely while you tell us about your your goals and wants, your reasons for buying, identifying your timeframe for purchasing. Whether this is your first or fiftieth time in Abaco, we learn about your previous experience.
The description of what you seek is very important to us. We have the largest collection of current information about properties in Abaco (and in the Bahamas) and the more thorough and descriptive you can be, the more we can present to you.
Key factors of your dream home are important to identify. Where would you prefer to locate? How about your special combination of beach, dock, and waterfront? What is the number of bedrooms, and the amenities mix you wish? Are you planning to rent? What is your target income per year?
Once we get all the information from you about your ideal situation, we then tailor-make a comprenhensive package for your specific type of property, providing you with pertinent facts about government requirements, legal aspects, forms of agreement, and all necessary materials.
If you are comfortable working with us, we will then ask you for your business, and get straight to work finding your perfect dream property in our beautiful Abaco.

During our first visit to the Abaco's my wife and I fell in love with the location, the many islands and the people of the out islands. We both knew right away that this was the place we wanted for our vacation and eventually retirement property.
After renting a boat and visiting many of the smaller islands we landed in Hope Town. A local innkeeper recommended Robbie Bethel and Kathleen Albury to us as Real Estate professionals that had extensive knowledge of Elbow Key and could help us in a property search.
