Remodeled in 2002, the beautifully decorated air conditioned main house features 5 bedrooms all with baths, 4 have terraces overlooking the ocean. It is surrounded by 16 acres of spectacular tropical gardens featuring many bromeliads. Inside the marble floored main house you are welcomed by a lovely \"great room\" overlooking the palm treed gardens. Surrounded by the glistening sea, this room connects to the fabulous granite countered kitchen which features all the latest appliances and amenities. There are 2 complete guest houses each containing a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath and private terraces. You will enjoy your own 604 feet of pink sand beach plus a pool and pool house with wet bar/fridge. One rarely sees another person on the beach . Fax and phone lines in the house and pool area.

Available for rent at $9,000.00 for up to 6 people/week and $600 per person over 6 in the main house, maximum 10, main house. If more rooms are needed the guest house is an additional $1,500.00 per week and Kari\'s Cottage is $2,000.00 per week. The guest house and Kari\'s Cottage are only rented in conjunction with the main house. This property is rented to only one group at a time. Maximum 14 persons. $750 refundable security deposit. During September 15th - November 15th the main house rate will be discounted to $7,500.00 per week.
