As you know, the completion of the sale of Mallaig happened last Wednesday. I wanted to write to you to thank you for acting as my agent, but particularly I wanted to write about Elisa Pyfrom.
I hadn't met Elisa until last September when she came round to do the appraisal on the house, but I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Until that point, I had pretty much decided to sign with (competitor) but after an hour with her, there was no contest.
In getting (the purchasers) interested in the house, I think she did an outstanding job. They weren't targeting my type of property so it was a measure of her understanding and judgement... She was attentive, courteous and efficient throughout and in all respects she was a pleasure to deal with. A particularly nice touch was the champagne and nibbles she brought to the completion appointment.
...Elisa conducted herself impeccably.
Over the last few weeks I've been telling all my friends what a superb job Elisa did so I hope the word will spread.
In summary, Elisa is a credit to her profession and to HG Christie Ltd.

we are now the happy owners of a property in Grand-Bahama thanks to the excellent services of your staff there.
Since it is the privilege of clients to complain when the services or attention they receive does not live-up to their expectation, I think it's only fair that they should also mention it when the aforesaid services or attention meet or exceed their expectations.
I'm delighted to say that throughout the process, from the initial researches on the web, the request for additional information via email, the visit of the properties, the assistance with closing and even settling your company has provided us with excellent services.
I want to include a particular mention to your staff, especially Lanelle Phillips-Cole with whom we have had the most contact, and who has been immensely helpful, extremely efficient, reliable and friendly.
On the few occasions we had to deal with Donna Jones, including (re)visiting properties during week-ends, we were also very pleased.
I have exchanged with Lanelle more than 165 emails (that's the number received from her left in my mailbox, which means I sent about the same number), most of which were replies to questions I had. At no point in time did Lanelle give me the feeling that she was tiring of answering all those questions or had more important things to do (which she probably did), on the contrary I always received quick and useful answers, very often the same day or on weekends.
A good deal of those questions were not related to real estate per se, but had to do with anything from getting a car to recommending a school, yet those questions were answered in the same efficient manner as the ones pertaining to properties. Indeed, even now after closure when we no longer represent a short term commercial interest, your staff is making sure we settle in good conditions and provides us with assistance regarding the various utilities and services we have to deal with. Lanelle even went as far as booking a 'Dolphin adventure' tour for the whole family!
The support we received from your staff... was a key element in deciding to move ahead and settle in the Bahamas.
The services supplied by your company exceeded by far other agents we had contacted, and indeed the ones of estate agents in europe we had to deal with in the past. altogether we had the pleasant feeling of dealing with competent professionals interested in building long-term reputation...
