OMG! I truly salute you for showing us that it is indeed possible for home owners to establish a private dock for certain types of water transportation as long as it’s weatherproof. My husband’s step-uncle just bought a fancy beachfront holiday house recently and he thinks it would be better if he adds a structure to accommodate his boat as well.
