The total office space is divided into two main areas and can be rented entirely as one or divided almost equally between 2 tenants (2,184 sq. ft on the east side and 1,920 sq. ft. on the west). The west side has a large open area with four offices on the perimeter, two of which are large. The east side has six offices and a conference room in the centre, immediately beyond the reception area. Ceilings are high and there is built-in shelving and work cubicals.
