Listia is an Apprentice Agent & Sales Assistant who was almost immediately recognized because of her charismatic personality and determination. Tia, as she is affectionately known, developed a longing to be a part of the Real Estate industry since the age of 7 years. She would constantly browse through real estate company sites picturing herself as the agent who successfully sold those luxury properties. Tia couldn’t rid the compelling interest she had for Real Estate. From sneaking past her bedtime so that she may watch H.G TV (House Tour reality show) every night on cable, to convincing her parents in scheduling property viewings (without the intent of purchase). As Tia got older, she later acknowledged that this was not just a childhood dream, but an actual passion instilled by her love for beautiful homes.
Manifesting her dreams into reality, at the age of 21 Tia was determined that she would begin her Real Estate journey after being in the Customer Service/ Sales industry for 3 years. During this 3-year period, Ms. Muthra went above and beyond the scope of her duties and extended herself to ensure that the needs of her customers were being fulfilled. She then joined H.G Christie as an apprentice agent where she intends to advance herself while utilizing her skills and knowledge obtained to make valuable contributions to the Real Estate industry. Surrounded by many experienced and highly successful agents, Tia is not easily discouraged, however uses this as motivation to excel in her dream career. Although she isn’t a ‘seasoned’ agent yet, Tia plans to continue in prioritizing the expectations/needs of clients, while ensuring that they feel empowered, understood & confident. It is with no doubt that Ms. Muthra’s amiable demeanor, take ownership attitude, persistence, and determination would set her at an advantage in becoming a successful agent.
