Walking through one of the two welcoming arches in the classic entrance, you are greeted by the low to no maintenance, all-natural landscaping, and paths to three separate air-conditioned cottages with sturdy Bermuda style roofs that sit on the southerly portion of the estate. Each cottage has individual private entrance pathways and elevated decks allowing for stunning ocean views that face easterly towards the beautiful hypnotic Bahamian sunrises. The interiors, each different from the next, offer a rustic but luxurious coziness and ambiance that one would expect of a truly Caribbean vacation cottage. Sitting majestically on the highest elevation of the estate is a unique two- story tower building capped with an authentic Swedish copper roof and wrapped by a winding staircase and illuminated by cathedral windows. The lower floor with its mosaic tiled courtyard, houses the bright and cheery bar and interior dining area that opens out onto the stepdown deck and catwalk to an iron shore bath, all with fantastic Atlantic views and memorable dining and toasting experiences.
